Shadow Small Ceramic Sculpture

Part of the Folded Silhouettes series, this sculpture is made from a single slab of charcoal-black stoneware that is folded to create the shape of a female figure. From some angles it appears abstract, while from others the silhouette of the body becomes clearly visible.

Left unglazed to highlight the natural texture of the clay.
